i realllly need help, teacher/student relationship?
okk…i have a major question even though its kinda silly. I’m 18 and my teacher is 25, so there’s only a 7 year difference its not that bad. But I’ve noticed that I have caught my teacher staring at me during class almost all the time. I also have noticed that if I come late in class even as late as 5 minutes, he doesn’t count it as a tardy. He never yells at me for having my cell phone out, and always lets me get away with things that most people in the class can’t imagine. And like today, I’ve noticed that when I was taking a test in the library, I didn’t even know he was there, but when he walked by me he said “hey you cheater” lol. He was just kidding, and he knew I wasn’t but it seemed like he was flirting with me. And just one more thing, when we are in class or just talking in the hallway, he always calls me kiddo, and this nickname that a couple people call me. The reason I’m bringing this up now is because I graduate in less than 2 months and then the whole teacher/student thing wouldn’t really matter anymore. What do you think I should do?

That exact same thing happened to me a few years ago. And I believe that’s the reason why I can give you my advice. Cause I tried a hundred things to get over him, specially because he was my first true love.
At first, it was really hard not to cry every time I saw him or remember him. But time DOES make it all better. I didn’t delete anything from him. I still have every e-mail he sent me, and that wonderful and special teddy bear. And the reason why I kept all these things was because they remind me of that feeling: true love. They don’t hurt, they bring happiness to my life. Today, he is a precious memory for me. Even though he stopped loving me long time before I stopped loving him… what I felt was a sad feeling and not an angry one. I don’t know how you feel, but if it’s not anger, then you shouldn’t treat him and his stuff with anger. Sadness is fine, at least for a while before moving on. This lost is good and it may be one of the best things that will happen in your life, even if today it seems impossible, one day you’ll see what I mean. Thanks to that lost love I had, I noticed how blessed I was to ever have felt something as great and pure as that. I would do it all over again even if it had to end like it did! It was worth it. It will be worth it for you too, someday. Don’t lose hope, wait, pray… I wish you the best! (PS. sorry for my crappy English)

Well it is true that dating was not around when the Bible was written however that doesn’t make it wrong. Back then parents arranged the marriages, and today it works somewhat the same way except you are relying on the guidance of the Holy Spirit to lead you in the right direction. In other words you put you faith and trust in God and he will lead you to the person you are meant to be with. Dating is not for hooking up, dating is to find the person you want to spend the rest of your life with or in other words dating is for finding who you are going to marry.
